By accessing or using CortexCookie (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. Sharing logins or reselling access is not permitted.

• Course purchases grant you lifetime access to that course, including future updates, for as long as the Service is operated.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the current period.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and may include applicable taxes. Prices may change, but changes never affect purchases already made.
• Payments are processed securely by a third-party payment provider.

Because digital content is available immediately after purchase, payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing content you paid for, or were charged in error, please contact us and we will review your request in good faith.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content you are entitled to, for your own learning. You may not:

• Copy, redistribute, resell, or publicly share lessons, videos, diagrams, quizzes, or books.
• Download or scrape content using automated tools.
• Use the content to create a competing course or product.

• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, or security measures.
• Do not interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including for account sharing or content piracy, without refund. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

Content is provided for educational purposes on an “as is” basis. While we work hard to keep it accurate and current, we do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as passing an interview or obtaining a job.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CortexCookie is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
